In 2018, I co-wrote the first edition of the annual food book Eat Drink to help tourists and locals alike discover “all things delicious” on Australia’s Mornington Peninsula. I traveled around the region, interviewing the people behind top cafes and restaurants to create editorials highlighting the atmosphere and menu of each establishment as well as the unique stories behind them. Eat Drink has been such a success it’s now in its fifth year of publication!
